What kind of booking?

Have the gym to yourselves
Outside our normal hours, or the whole place to your group during them. Corporate days, big birthdays, club nights, end-of-season wrap-ups. Tell us when you'd like it and we'll come back with a price.
Private events are for 30 to 60 people. Fewer than 30? A public group booking is the better deal — same climbing, per-head pricing, no minimum hire.
What it costs
Private events are quoted per booking. The price depends on the day and the time — opening early on a Sunday is a different job from a Wednesday evening — and on how long you need the place for.
Send the form and we'll come back with a firm number, usually the same day. Nothing is booked and no time is held until you've agreed it.
How it works
- Tell us when. The date, the time and roughly how long you need. We'll check it against the roster and quote you.
- Say yes to the price. Only then is the slot yours. We'll confirm by email.
- Add everyone coming. We'll email you a private link — paste in a list, or add names one at a time.
- Waivers, done early. Sign for the under-18s yourself in one go, email each adult their own link, or do it on your phone on the day. You'll see who's still outstanding.
- Pay how you like. We can invoice your school or organisation, or take payment at reception.
Under-18s and waivers
Nobody under 18 signs their own waiver — but you don't need a form back from every family either. Any adult responsible for them on the day can sign for the whole group at once: a parent, a legal guardian, a teacher, or a club or youth-group leader.
If you're not their parent or guardian you'll be asked to confirm that the parents have agreed to them coming. That's it — one form, one signature, everybody covered.
